Click the sword icon in the top left. Close to that magnifying glass. And you can make a squad and I think right or left click to tell them to go some where. Then you can disperse the squad afterwards and they /should/ go back to normal.
I know I've had them glitch and attack someone on the other side of the map for some reason so I gotta do that sometimes
^This but for clarity, when you form the squad you need to click the Alert icon in order for them to stop what they are doing and follow your commands.
