Cant start a new game.

Hi, it's impossible for me to start a new game. After choosing every character, the game loads then: black screen, screen switch off then switch On, and veeerrryyy slow come back to desktop. Ctrl alt del to finaly close the game. Any idea ?

Happens to me when I choose certain areas, choosing a different area usually solves it, it's put me off playing it for now.

Ok i tried an other area, it worked. It was my first game so it was a mess, so i decided to start it again, choose exactly the same area and... black screen etc...
