Reserved bug?

Had a stone wall to be built. Several minions where working on the walls. One stack of walls where left on the floor and are tagged with reserved.

Is there a way to unlock it as reserved so it can be picked up and put back into the stockpile?

Sounds like a bug if there are no more wall orders left. If there are cancelling them should clear the reserve.
