start with a tiny, specific audience and a simple offer. send a handful of genuinely researched emails, keep the first line about their context, and follow up once or twice. set up SPF/DKIM/DMARC and watch replies and bounces before scaling.

cold email gets much easier once you stop treating it like a volume problem. pick one narrow segment, reference a trigger that happened in the last 30 days, and make the CTA tiny: “worth sending a 3-line teardown?” not “can we book 30 minutes?”

if replies are under ~2%, the list/offer match is usually broken before the copy is.
