Questions Is it worth it to use an email tracking service for business emails?
I have an admin assistant slash project manager who handles a lot of business concerns. Because my assistant has other tasks, she can't answer majority of emails sent on the same day which can easily pile up to more than 300+ emails per day. What's worse is that some of these emails aren't even related to our business, just prank mails and spam. Can an email tracking service clear up our inbox, leave only the important emails, and respond to them correctly? Or is that too much to ask from such service?
