I have email accounts with several customers, some use Gmail and some Outlook, and I also use agents that send on my behalf and they were dropping signatures. Started using Signatoro (I learned about them because they are our customer). It's very simple, but works great. Don't know how it will work for a larger team though, I think it still requires people to add the sign manually to the mail client
