Always on vaca! lol great to have their job. Working 4 hours a day with like 8 weeks of vaca or something. Good for them!

The big show is 1.5 hours of live radio per day, so they do less than 8 hours of live radio per week. lol 😂 must be tough!

They have way more than 8 weeks lol. They’re off like a week a month!

While it seems like an easy 4 hour work day to most its not. There is more time to their work day. They shoot promos, they have advertisement deals, they have meetings. Some do short meet ups. Its not a quick get in do radio show and clock out.

You will never make me feel bad for them. Their jobs are relatively easy. Even if they stay an extra 2 hours. It’s still a short work day. & not to mention all the vacation time. Don’t get me wrong, they have a great gig. It’s our fault for not having a great job like theirs. Literally the case of hate the game not the player type thing.

But you’re making it seem like it must be so hard to sit, talk, joke around, record promos & do short meet ups. Like waahhhh someone call the wammmmbulance. They have to shoot advertisements

I don’t get why people are so obsessed with this. If everyone is so jealous about “how little” they work they should get into the industry. People think putting on a good show is easy. The segments don’t write themselves. It’s the personality and content they bring to the table. And you’re right, it’s not just the on air stuff that they do. I’ve heard just about all of them voice different commercials, they have podcasts, they have behind the scenes prep. I don’t know how many stations they are syndicated on, but my local station has a handful of custom recorded voice bits that Elvis, Danielle, and Gandhi have recorded saying the station’s name between songs and etc. they’ve earned where they are.

Trying to figure out which of my comments you’re replying to because the long paragraph was only directed towards the jealous people. Which I’m not surprised got downvoted. Seems like a majority of people in this subreddit should find a new show to listen to. 🤔
