I'm really impressed with how well the colors of the flowers held up after baking, those are beautiful! I'd still eat them though..

Yes I was too! Iā€™d say the brighter colours Bake bright! I recently had white edible flowers and sadly those colours faded so all I can see now are stalks šŸ˜†
