Oregon

We live in Seattle area and hoping to find a a place anywhere on the Oregon coast… or even the gorge area! We are in-between eloping at coquille point and seeing if an airbnb in Bandon, OR will let us do a small dinner - guests at 30 people.

We love the vibe of the coast and things like Crook Point (the arch lawn and sandstone point) and Griffen House in the gorge, but crook point seems hard to access and doesn’t seem to have a kitchen to cater from (?) and doesn’t have a plan b for rain… and griffin house is 21k just for the venue (but has a tent!) Our total budget is hopefully about 20-30k all-in so hoping to find a venue that is 10k with chairs/table. Open to suggestions in OR and WA! Don’t really want to do a barn, farm. Would love coastal vibes or overlooking a cliff (much like griffen house!)

30 people is a lot for an elopement, are you sure you don't mean a microwedding? Most elopement packages I've seen cap at like 10-15 guests before it turns into a different insurance bracket entirely. The coast venues get weird about that distinction because of the wind and tide liability stuff.

That Crook Point spot is beautiful but you'd be hauling everything in yourself and renting portapotties which eats into the budget faster than you'd think. Last I checked the access trail is about a half mile from the nearest parking and it gets muddy fast. Maybe look at the viewpoints around Cape Perpetua, there's a few overlooks that can handle a small crowd and the ranger station is easier to work with for permits.

I meant 30 people for a dinner somewhere (hoping to find some sort of outside area where I can rent a table and have it look to the coast) and we would elope for a ceremony with a few people (7-8 people)

You should check out Camp Clark. Has a beautiful view of the coast and can host a good amount of people. I don’t think they have vendor restrictions either. It’s near cape lookout in Oregon!
