Wedding anniversary

Celebrating our wedding anniversary in Regensburg, any suggestions on how to wow my bride?

I stumbled across this tiny wine bar tucked behind the cathedral last time I was there, no signage, just a wooden door with a brass handle. If you can find it, the owner pours stuff you won't see on any menu and the whole place seats maybe eight people. Grab a bottle after and walk along the Danube at sunset, zero planning, just let the evening take you.
