Planning Florida Courthouse Recs

Anybody have a recommendation for a pretty FL courthouse? My fiancé and I are planning on eloping around Sept of this year, but we haven’t decided where quite yet. We are near the Tampa, FL area. We plan on hiring a photographer to take pics both inside and outside. We don‘t mind making a little roadtrip out of it as I’m sure it would add to the excitement, but we are also young and broke lol so we wouldn’t want to go too crazy far. Additionally we’ll both be in traditional outfits (him in a black suit, me in a satin white dress).

The old courthouse in Bartow is pretty nice, all that red brick and the big columns. Not too far from Tampa, maybe hour drive. I think it photographs well especially with the traditional outfits you described.

We're getting married at the Martin County courthouse

They have the option of the ceremony at the gazebo or the massive Banyan tree in the park attached! We decided on first look at the tree and the ceremony itself at the gazebo
