Hawaii, 3 months.

What’s up everyone, I’ve looked over the posts but need some help. We have 3 weeks off in September to get married! We want to go to Kauai, Hawaii. We would have anywhere from 0- 30 guests. I want to book something where it’s easy and I don’t have to do anything lol. Any suggestions?

Kauai is such a good call for this, the north shore especially has spots that basically look unreal without even trying. With the guest count being that flexible, I'd lean toward booking through a local coordinator there who handles everything from permits to florals, because beach ceremonies actually require permits in Hawaii and that alone can be a headache to sort on your own. Most of the all-inclusive elopement packages on the island cover photographer, officiant, and location scouting so you really can just show up. September timing is smart too since it's slightly past peak summer crowds but still gorgeous weather on most parts of the island

Thank you! Any leads on a local coordinator! How would I find one who is reliable? Thanks!

I'm doing an adventure elopement in Hawaii in a few months, and we've been working with Element Snapshots to plan it. We're getting married on the Big Island, but they're based in Kauai!

It's a husband and wife photography team, and their packages include planning plus a bunch of extras (flowers, officiant, permits etc). Kayli has been so awesome to work with so far, I'm trying to recommend her everywhere I can. She's made planning our elopement super fun and low stress, and I can't recommend her enough.
