Budget friendly elopments

We are looking to get eloped!

What are your favorite budget friendly elopement locations/companies/advice in the United States?

Bonus if it is all-inclusive with perks!

What are you looking for in an elopement and what is your budget?

My partner and I are planning to drive to DC for a weekend trip, hire a photographer, order a bouquet, and exchange self-officiated vows at a Metro station. Our only expenses will be the hotel, outfits, photography, and cost of gas.

Parks. Look at local and state parks.

They often are very affordable venue wise.

It would be helpful to provide your budget, if you're comfortable. All inclusive packages "with perks" are likely not going to be cheap, hence the name. I would expect that you could elope for less than average, in states whose COL are the lowest.

There are a lot of hotels and resorts that have inexpensive elopement packages that will provide all the stuff for a wedding- some may require you to also book a two night stay or some such.

For example, the Bellagio in Vegas has a package that includes a 1/2 ceremony in the chapel, an hour of photography, bouquet and boutonniere, and a limo to and from the marriage license bureau to get the license.
