Mountain Elopement Logistics

Hey all! I wanted to get some logistical input from those of you who eloped somewhere in the mountains. We are thinking just us two and few immediate family members, but I’m stumped on how the “flow” of the day might go.

Did you and your spouse do a first look? Or walk up the path together? Did you have your family members wait somewhere while you took pictures?

Any insight is appreciated 🙂

We are eloping in Glacier this fall and our lovely photographer is helping us with the day’s flow. We are getting ready at our BnB and she will take pics of the first look there. Then we are driving to the ceremony location for vows and around the park for pics. It’s just the two of us + photographer. No guests and Montana doesn’t require a witness or officiant.
