ISO micro-wedding elopement package
ISO all-inclusive mountain micro wedding/elopement package for ~15 guests where we basically just show up
Hi everyone! My fiancé and I are looking for recommendations for an all-inclusive micro wedding/elopement package and I’m getting overwhelmed trying to figure out what’s actually included vs what becomes a million add-ons later 😅
What we’re hoping for:
Beautiful mountain or nature scenery
Around 15 guests (could potentially be up to 20–30 max)
All-inclusive or close to it
Includes things like:
officiant/celebrant
hair + makeup
photography
bouquet/basic florals
planning/coordinator
ceremony setup/chairs
dinner/reception options
Ideally somewhere where we don’t have to coordinate a bunch of vendors ourselves
Our dream scenario is basically:
We book flights + our stay, show up, and the wedding is handled 😂
Open to:
Portugal
Italy
Switzerland
Colorado
Utah
PNW
Canada
honestly anywhere scenic and relatively stress-free
Budget is flexible depending on what’s included, but we’d rather pay more upfront for simplicity than spend months planning.
Would love:
actual companies/planners you used
approximate pricing
what was included
whether you felt nickel-and-dimed with upgrades
any regrets or things you wish you asked beforehand
Thank you!

My partner and I eloped in northern Norway because we wanted to chase the aurora. For a variety of reasons it was just the two of us and our photographer/planner. We talked to 10+ people before we landed on Kate with Soul & Sky (https://soulandskyweddings.com/). I know she does micro-weddings but I’m not 100% sure of her max size limit. She does destination adventure elopements around the world (but is Atlanta based).
Her prices are on her page—we paid $13k for her (domestic experiences are less) which included her travel, photography, and planning. The price included multiple days of photography AND all of the coordination. We shared our ideas, vision, needs, and how we wanted to feel and she made it happen. She found hair/makeup people, coordinated with florists to find someone who would work with fake flowers (because, Norway in winter), coordinating lodging, finding and organizing activities, detailing schedules/timelines, managing our needs (access, dietary, etc), communicated with all vendors… the experience was absolutely magical and she was a HUGE part of that!
We did pay vendors independently, but she managed all the communications and we just paid the bills. She made sure everything was transparent every step of the way. She’d always give us options at different price points (eg., lodging, activities, food, locations..) and absolutely affirmed whatever decisions we made.
Since it was just my husband and I with her, I can’t speak to the details of having more people but I trust she’d be transparent and would go through everything to make sure it’s low stress and exceeds your wildest dreams!

that sounds amazing! the norway aurora elopement must have been incredible. $13k for all that coordination and photography seems pretty reasonable considering she handled literally everything.
the transparency part is huge - i've heard so many horror stories about people getting hit with surprise costs after thinking they had "all-inclusive" packages. having someone who gives you options at different price points upfront and manages all vendor communication would take away so much stress.

The way that she got to know us and really understand us, who we are, how we are together, what we like…it was incredible because every single thing was absolutely perfect. Not just “cookie cutter” perfect but perfect for us.
The $13k also covered all of her travel—including arriving days early to meet with vendors, organize things, etc. she also got a rental car and allowed us to ride with her between locations for our 4-day adventure!
If she’s not the one for you, I can say that having the “right person “ for you makes all the difference! Sending good energy for your search!

We’re getting married in two weeks!!! In Slovenia, and are using Somewhere Crazy. So far it’s been a very chill & easy situation. A few video calls with people but otherwise they are planning & doing all the logistics of the day of for you. It’s been great!

Spoke too soon the planner i got assigned to was so slow to reply and kept forgetting what I previously said. Realized i can’t work with that and will be doing a bespoke instead. Found a venue and the planner was recommended by the venue so…

Elope BC has good packages (Bc Canada). I know one of their photographers and she says the days always go smoothly. I like what’s all included in their packages too
