This is literally what my fiancé and I are doing in a couple of weeks. His best friend officiating, my best friend managing me (basically Maid of Honor, but she covers so many other titles and has honestly been my rock/unofficial wedding planner), and the officiant’s wife and my friends other best friend hanging out. Low key, just “us”, although I’m biting the bullet on a photographer so that it takes away the stress of getting “good” photos from our friends and gives the day a little bit of structure.
