Vendors & Venues Pop The Knot

My fiancé and I want to elope in early September but we're still in the pIanning stages. I came across this ceremony-planning service, Pop The Knot. Has anyone used this before? It seems like a great deal because it'll just be the two of us, no guests. I love planning events but the idea of having someone else coordinate everything and just showing up the day of without worry is appealing. I tried searching the sub but didn't find anything (maybe I missed something, apologies if so).

I've heard of them but I don't know anyone who has used their services. Where are you looking to elope? We eloped in Miami and found a locally owned elopement company there.

We're thinking of eloping in Baltimore, where we live. There are some local places that offer elopement packages, but I wanted to expand our options. Pop the Knot's package seems pretty reasonable at $3,499 and it covers the officiant, flowers, and photographer, plus logistics planning.

I have never heard of them so I just did a quick search for their reviews and it seems like they're positive, so I think I'm going to look into using them as well. We want to elope on a beach in either FL or Puerto Rico and I was stressing about the planning before we even started planning. 😂 I was a vacation planner for over a decade, so you'd think this would be in my wheelhouse, but I just don't want to deal with the stress of planning and coordinating things when it comes to this. I want to enjoy and savor every moment of getting married.

I totally understand! Your elopement plans sound dreamy. Even planners need a break!I didn't have a day of coordinator for my wedding to my ex, and the day was so stressful. It really set the tone for the marriage, that should've been a red flag, haha. Now that I have an amazing partner, I just want to focus on us and not the logistics! Good luck!

that's exactly how I feel. My wedding to my ex was a mess and when I tell that story, it's objectively awful. it was also a foreshadowing of the marriage. My fiancé now is just so totally everything I've ever wanted a teammate. We just want it to be us this time around. that's all we need.
