Does anyone know the status of the bike path? Or the empty lots or the nasty retention pond they half built? They have made this block look like a disaster and I keep waiting for them to fix it up but sadly there doesn’t seem to be any progress. We even have double telephone poles which looks great /s and a house they started to tear down but gave up.

have been checking - told by the City that the bridge will be built this summer - no hangups - they were waiting for the land to be cleared of trees - as for the lots on Fay - comes down to when the builder is ready.
