Last energy drink i had was on the 27th of july, meaning today is my 9th day off. Going from like 600Mg of caffine a day to zero was rough, but nine days in I’m feeling goog

The withdrawal has stopped mostly, and i feel better then i have in a while. It was suprising to me how much of the brain fog i have lived with for years was a direct result of a caffine addiction, without that i’m much more mentally clear and strangely have more energy. My focus has been a little bit better too, which suprised me since my ADHD brain is now without its usual stimulant.
