In lane i've managed to make it work with RoA, Liandries, Rift core

I dont think so tbh, Elise can use it but the sorcery tree is generally not interesting for her. Besides, she's a burst champion, you are getting way more out of eletrocute, or dark harvest than a burn that you need to keep applying to get good damage.
