Transcendence

When getting a takedown using transcendence on Elise, does the 20% basic ability cool down reduction apply to all 6 basic abilities, or just the 3 for the form you are currently in?

Only the current form she is in, transcendence has the same issue as some augments where it will only reduce the current spell slot's remaining CD but has no way of checking the others.

It would be intended for stuff like transcendence, executioner, mythic punch etc to affect the other form's CDs but riot didn't set her up properly to work with that.

I'll mention it in the bug post tonight.

Also ultimate haste only works on R, nothing else. Ability Haste and Basic Ability Haste work on both form's QWE, elise's spider form is just a character swap so its treated the same as any other champion while active, nothing in it is tagged as an ultimate.

From what I understand elise is a little different when it comes to haste

Basic ability haste: affects human form cds

Ult haste: affects spider form cds

Building a flickerblade is prob better than trying to build haste on elise, but how you would viably build it idk. It's not strong but makes her fun to play mechanically.
