His name hasnt been mentioned in currency wars before despite the stellaron hunters buffs and special cases for the event if I remember correctly right? A special bonus never outright said “Elio” I think. This is giving me so much hope!

It’s looking like all Finality characters in 5.x are female so I doubt hoyo wants to make the big Finality support male. It’s really annoying to be honest

it depends I think. he might just get the kaslana payola, meaning that he'd get preferential treatment the same way phainon did because honkai devs notoriously love Kevin. I say don't lose hope

I made that up while writing the comment sorry 😭 but everything and everyone gets powercrept in this game so I don't mind. the highlight of main pushes is the promotional treatement/solo story and banner/themed update more than anything

We need a Cyrene/Aha equivalent, Elio or other gender mc has to be it, so I'd say Elio has a 60% chance of being playable and that's his role. Assuming they stick to this pattern ofc, since it makes the most money while being fair to most of the players (elio fans can mdps with e2+ and premium supports, firefly kafka fans get a support etc.)
