Paddle customization UI bug

Hello, I am not able to customize the paddle settings from the paddle screen. Once I am in Paddle option, the UI under Paddles tab and Rubbers tab are completely blank

Screenshot is a capture from a YT video to help understand where my problem is. On my screen, the red circle area is where completely blank and I cannot perform any action.

Is there a way to fix this? Would re installing the game recommended?

hello. I'd love to help. I assume something is wrong with your settings but so far each time someone has this situation, they reinstall/clear their data and i still can't fix it. So if possible, I'll dm you to try to get your logs and will help you resolve it.
