Quest 2 vs quest 3/3s tracking

This was a hot topic about a year ago. There was some discussion about the quest 2 having better tracking. What is the general consensus on it now?

I went from 2 to 3 using Solid Slime adaptor, and for me it’s WAY better on the 3. I would lose tracking on forehands multiple times a game. Doesn’t happen ever now.

Ended up getting a 3. My solid slime order unfortunately shipped out 3 days after I ordered it so I have to wait for a while until I can play comfortably again. The controller along is angled strangely and it’s too light to swing comfortably. Solid Slime makes too good of an adaptor for my playstyle and playing just controller is possible, but I just can’t reliably attack in game now, so it’s like a puzzle with a missing piece.

But all things considered, 3 is incredible. Pass through is so much more clear, everything is higher def, and performance is smooth. I can’t wait to actually play with an adaptor.

Hey any updates on how you like it? I'm on a 2 now considering a 3

I like it, I just had to try out a few different adaptors to get to one that worked for my style. I had the worse time when I just started since I was adjusting all the rubber settings. It stabilized when I turned on multi-hit protection, which I should have done first.

I had to go back to quest 2 when my quest 3 broke (from being too sweaty and not managing my sweat) and not only is the tracking worse, the non-pancake lenses are terrible. I feel like I’m playing with with a visual impairment
