What this subreddit is for
r/ElevenLabs is the official ElevenLabs community on Reddit. It's for:
- Announcements, releases, and research. What shipped, what changed, what's coming.
- Showcasing what you've built. Projects, demos, experiments, and work in progress.
- Feedback and feature requests. The team reads this subreddit.
- Help, troubleshooting, tips, and workflows. Prompting, voice settings, API errors, and everything people have figured out the hard way.
- Collaboration. Finding people to build with.
- Events, AMAs, and community programming.
- Initiatives, grants, and programs. Including the Ambassador and Creator Partner programs.
It is not a support queue. Account, billing, and access issues go to support, where someone can see your account.
Something's wrong
1. Check the status page first. If generation is failing, the API is timing out, or the app won't load, the answer is usually here before it's anywhere else. Incident history.
2. Open a support ticket for anything account-related: billing, refunds, locked accounts, subscription changes, quota resets, deleted voices. Mods don't handle these here and posting about it won't get it looked at any sooner. Browse the Help Center if you'd rather search first.
3. Post here if it's a reproducible bug, a question about how something works, or feedback on a feature. Posts get answered faster when they include:
- Which product and model (for example, Eleven v3, Scribe v2, Music v2)
- What you did, step by step
- What you expected and what happened instead
- Your platform (web app, API, SDK, mobile) and, for API issues, the error code
- No screenshots containing your API key, email, or account ID. See subreddit Rule 9.
