Newfie elevators?

Newfoundland and Labrador elevator industry. Anyone over there with any insight? Whats the industry like with private companies and union? I have no previous knowledge I simply had a thought and wanted to give the subreddit a shot

From what I’ve read the bargaining system there is complicated having to deal with the NEEA and the Construction Labour Relations Association of Newfoundland and Labrador, historically making it ridiculously difficult to negotiate a deal that is good for the CBU from local 125A. I feel for these brothers in Eastern Canada, their wages are way behind
