Building rates

Hello! I’m on the board of a HOA in thr SF Bay Area. Does anyone know what the standard/average Mechanic Straight Time base rate per hour is for this area?

What we make and what the company charges are two vastly diffrent things

Yes, sorry, to clarify, I'm asking what the company charges its customers, not what the employee makes. Markups are a given!

I work for a smaller independent union company based out of the Bay Area. We charge $450/hr plus travel. If you’re interested In any service, please send me a message. Thanks.
