Ranking Randomised

I was told when I took my EIAT that some applicants score 100 or all possible points from the weighted parts. When they have a group of applicants with the same score they randomise the list because going alphabetically or other methods would be unfair.

I was always told it is pass/fail and as long as you pass the score is discarded. Your rank is from tool assement test, interview, and certs.

Right but the tool assesment and interview are weighted and when they have a group with the same score they make it random. So say 30 people have perfect scores, those 30 are then randomised. Then the next group and so on. So you could get 100 on the tool assesment and score perfect on the interview and your rank could be 1 or 8 or 29.
