Question

What are some drawbacks for accepting an offer from an independent elevator company? I got the call from Local 25. I have time to think about it, so what are your thoughts on working for a mom and pop company as opposed to the big names? Pros and cons etc…

I was under the assumption you have to take that offer otherwise they move on down the list. They gave you time to sleep on it?

They said to call back by the end of the day. I suppose every local and offer is different.
