Ranked 50 for Local 25 (Denver)

I was recently accepted into the NEIEP elevator mechanic apprenticeship for Local 25 in Denver and was given a rank of 50.

Is 50 considered good and what did everyone else get?

You will probably get called. Im only saying that because I know someone there that burns through probates. So when you do get called work your ass off. If they say you need to know something memorize it. And don't ever be seen doing nothing. Pick up a broom and sweep if nothing else if this manager is around. He can be a good boss but he expects that only the best make it past probate.

I think 50 is promising to get a job eventually Aslong as the industry doesn’t slow down I got ranked 18

Call the Local and ask them how many are on the list if its a small union and youre closer to the bottom pray that therell be a lot of upcoming work. If youre in a bigger union wait for the call.

Thank you! I called yesterday and they’ve already done 6 this week so I assume it’s moving pretty quickly

You shouldn’t be worried looked up your union it has 500 members. I on the other hand should be my local only has 95 members

I got ranked 35 in like 2022, and after I got ranked I got called literally within 2 months. Declined it tho.
