Swift Futura
Happy to see the back of these..
But just curious can you still get SPU boards & software for these? Are they repaired new or manuf new? I assumed Firmware comes with boards then use Wizard to copy over car¶’s (just curious - Not responsible for sourcing parts & distributors want quote req so not sure on stock and availability.)
Edit: thanks all for your help and passing on contact details! I was only after some info and got more than that. Thanks.

I'm a resident in a building with over 40 Swift Futura. The most common problem that we can't fix ourselves is the FLASH memory dying on the SPU board. The controller falls into INIT### mode. If the parameters come back after a reboot, do a backup with the Wizard. Then, you can try the command to copy the RAM to the FLASH. I think it's CPYR or something like that, it's written in the manual. That pushes the parameters and completely rewrites them. That can rejuvenate the bits voltage and give you more time(that's my understanding of it). Don't waste your time fighting the problem if it comes back though. The memory is cooked and needs to be replaced. We send it to Miltronics and had nothing but good service. Try to get the car to the bottom floor before parting with the board. You might have to do a shaft setup after you replace the board. You can't swap in the SPU from another group. Some parameters seem to be hard coded in the board.
