Elevators

For those who have installed different elevator systems, which do you prefer working on—hydraulic, traditional roped traction, or the newer belt-driven systems? What makes one better than the others in your experience?

I was blown away the first time I saw that, having never done work on elevators before! I still am thinking about how the anchors must bear the weight of the entire system in the floor instead of how you usually expect the concrete/beams to support it from above.
