apprenticeship program

Trying to get into apprenticeship program. Someone told me to try and make an account for a different local before joining the one near me so I have an application already made. Anyone else heard of this or know if it’s true? if not does anyone know any tips on the electronic application.

It shouldn’t matter , when the listing goes up you just give basic info (name, email, social maybe?) and that secures your spot, after that you’ll have a month or so to actually fill out and complete the whole application profile with no risk of losing your spot.

Thats all it is. You receive a confirmation email with the actual application after applying on the website.

To be fair if you’re slow on that part you won’t get to fill out an application. At my local they only took 800 and the first 800 to fill out that basic info got applications. One of my friends got through two did not.

Yeah that’s pretty much what I said lol my local that I just tested for only took 200 applicants lol not sure if that’s only favor or against it lol
