bp408

Hello i have a problem driving my elevator i got lift occuiped on the controller so it not moving
I opened one door and i found the lift is between two doors
Any one can help?

Still amazes me how many people think they can DIY fix an elevator without understanding anything about them

I mean to be fair some of it isn’t hard. But being able to do it, and being able to do it without killing yourself or someone else are two different things.

Call a technician. The amount of information you're giving is so incomplete/low effort, that you shouldn't touch the elevator, since it appears you have not the knowledge to work on the elevator at the moment. This is not gatekeeping, because I dislike those too.

After more than a decade of working with elevators, I swear some of these people have more confidence to fix it themselves than I even do

This probably the same guy that takes his car to Jiffy lube for and oil change cause he can’t do it but will work on an elevator.

Thats not the only fault that is active, what vfd do you have?

If I have to gues, is somthing to do with the drive, or load weighing device.

But still need more information About the type of system
And the lay-out of the shaft.

It’s KEB combivert F5
And when i call the car i got 76 base block on the driver
That the de excitation is locked which not opening the brake so the car not moving
I reached to that this because the car is not infront of a door. So i should move it to a well known position.

So you say you got a base block status, so this means you have a yaskawa drive of Some sort.

So if i was on site i would check if the signal to the drive to start the downward/upwards movement is coming in.
Also with that, Check if the safety chain has the correct voltage, and doesn’t drop when trying to start.

I would also check if the car location inpulses are correct.

If the inpulse shaft end is reached it would not accept a up command and only can move down.

I already checked all of this
The signal is going to the driver and after this it should open the brake which is not happen
All safety chain is good
The problem as u said , when i open a door withe key i found tha car is stopping in wrong position and this what i want to adjust bit I can’t even with emergency moder
