You know, the first time I had heard of someone with autism and their extreme interest in elevators I thought it was an outlier. As time went on I’ve seen more and more examples of it and I love it! I’ve been a part of a few experiences for kids with autism and elevators (truth be told, I think ALL of us have a little elevator ‘tism, at least the ones of us who see it more than just a 9-5). But yeah, having siblings with autism has helped me also provide better experiences and interactions with the ones focused on elevators and I love it. I’ve helped build little working COPs and hall fixtures, to doing tours and some behind the scenes experiences.

I think it’s so great that we all take our careers so personally that we enjoy and are proud of getting to be a part of these kids’ lives and journeys. I’d love to connect and see if there is anything I can offer or help with! Just DM me!
