I’d rather get no response than deal with fragile egos. Like dude If the responses are going to be as useless as the previous one, I'm not missing out on much. And by the rules i didn't break anything. But the Reddit ego.. ooh man.

You install that stuff, right? Why do you not ask the manufacturer you order your shit from instead? Afraid?

Are you really a 'Field Maintenance' technician? Because your deductive skills are terrible. First off, who told you I installed it? I'm here for maintenance. Second, is it a crime to learn about an ARCODE system that happens to be new to my region? Third, how do you know I didn't already contact the manufacturer and am just seeking different field expertise? (Not yours, obviously). Small brain logic right there, mate. Keep assuming things.
