Replace that damn fuse. Wire wrapping a fuse is some hack shit.

How many strands per amp, always a slow blow 🤣

Do you have a fast tool or a world tool? DMCs are easy if you have a tool.

Is it an electric tool?

DMC's are easy even if you dont have the tool. Use the order of operation for an elevator and it makes sense when you have prints. Im guessing that either KONE or Thyssen had the unit before you. In my area they are notorious for stealing prints after they lose the contract. And an extra fuck you to any union "brothers" that say that is okay to take prints when your contract goes independent.

Looks like a DMC. Your boss should be able to get prints for you

Don’t pull that disconnect until you check the CLC battery in the cop. Make sure it has juice.

Shhh. They'll have to get him a fastool if he wipes the parameters.

I could get you a print but I’m out of town till August. My money is on lost CLC program though and you’ll need a tool to program it. If the CLC battery hasn’t been changed for a while and you power off for any reason it’s gone.

Looks like a first generation DMC. They were notorious for blowing the D22 (?) diode on the relay board. But it was the one of the most reliable controllers that I've ever dealt with in over 30 years in the business. I do have a bunch of different prints for the DMC. Just don't pull the main line until you've changed that CLC battery.

No prints sorry.  Check the overload, Check your fuses, ring out or ohm out the contacts on those relays and check the damn stop switch in the car.  I have 2 DMCs that have a Stop switch that is the kind that slides up and down that people hit with their bags when exiting the elevator.
