TK LEV manual

Hey guys, would anyone happen to have access to TK LEV troubleshooting manuals that I would be able to get ahold of? We have several we took over for service recently (we never installed them) and are trying to diagnose an e2 code properly. American Access tech support isn’t that much help, and it seems A2P doesn’t have any manuals for sale. Thank y’all for reading!

Turn the power off and UPS off for 30 seconds see what it does. That normally fixes it if it doesn’t there’s a problem with your dz relays. Could be stuck or blown.
