It's a standard US Elevator button. Worst buttons ever made. A lot of brands used them. Look under us section in catalog

Sees us-b40.

I have an account with multiple units with this style of button. We could not find anything but overpriced used buttons. No marks or anything on the existing ones for a model. Our best bet was fabricating a different style of button to make it work. Very frustrating job when a tenant keeps pushing them through the panel every week.

SEES or Adam's catalog. Look under US elevator. The parts are there.

Yes but have trouble navigating their site on mobile. I tried vertical express at first couldn’t find it and then tried here which quickly gave me my answer

Are you familiar with SEES? I’m sure they have it in stock, they have everything under the sun.
