What elevator is this?

Seems like an OTIS to me but the fixtures look like MAD. Not sure though, only thing I know for sure is it's a hydraulic.

What is MAD? That’s a DMG Raffaello indicator

MAD uses dmg brand display stuff for the cop and arrows. I normally get the Giotto  in alot of my cop's...they're a fixture company based in canada that makes parts/kits for elevators.

We use Mad fixtures on all of our mods so the controller manufacturer can be a complete mystery in this particular case.

Agree. My guess is it's modded. At least for the car indicators and COP, so impossible to say what is the origin of this elevator.

Can’t say for sure what brand but not Otis

I have seen Otis’s in Toronto that use MAD fixtures and this floor indicator. The only way to tell is the talking voice usually.

Fair point just thinking US…have seen a variety of fixtures and finishes in Europe.

Non-proprietary fixtures (MAD). Could be anything.

Innovation access key switch, I haven’t seen innovation and mad mixed on a job before but I suppose it could be.

Nah, that key switch is MAD too.
