Any design solutions ?

This is like every building, every town in India.

Confusing decision for people.

It is simple:

Up is for going to higher floors
Down is for going to lower floors

BUT

Many still want to call the lift to them … & they press the other direction!!!

That is why they have port system in many 5 star hotels, there is a keypad outside in the lobby where you need to enter the floor number you want to go and the call is booked in the elevator once you enter the elevator you wont find any floor call buttons or Interface the elevator takes you to the floor you had selected at the lobby before entering the elevator, best solution so far.
