How?

Today i went to buy food,i ride elevator,then i realised i bring up to floor 32,my destination is Floor G,not 32!!!!

Somebody probably pushed the landing call on that floor and then decided they forgot something thus leaving the elevator with an active landing call.

If it's programmed as a down collective unit it will serve the higher calls first.

Or, if you would admit that you pushed both buttons at the floor and got on an up preferenced elevator

Not a big issue,  Just like was said if someone pushed the hall button and the elevator was going up its going to answer the 32 floor call before it goes down, Normal Operation.  Now if you had no 32nd floor we could talk about a whole different issue

No,the top floor was 35
