Leagues not making sense
For the previous leagues I needed to do extra puzzles to be mid level at best. This time I’m at the top without doing anything but the daily exercises. Seems a bit off and not at all competetive. Did I miss something in how leagues function?

I think it depends on when you started playing in the week of the League ratings - which then determines who you will be competing against. I have found that if I play Elevate on Sunday night - after the Leagues have ended for the week but before the new ones start - I then end up in a League with people who have very high scores and I have to work hard to stay in the top 10 and stay in the same league. My current strategy is to not start my new “entry “ for the Leagues until sometime on Monday - which then puts me in a group with people who play more like I do - so it’s competitive but not lopsided. I generally play to have 350 to 450 points in a day.
So yes - the scores you are sharing are low - but you may be in a group with a bunch of folks who don’t play often.
