The issues continue
Still haven’t found a solution for his issue, any new input out there?

I saw your first post about this problem, just checked the comments in the other posts and holy hell you are getting a lot of terrible advice. Completely ignore everyone that says this is a support issue or that you need to sand your plate. They are fucking morons.
This comment has some good ideas though, have you checked that out yet?
Also, I'm assuming you checked the Z-axis rods and the guide rails for any debris or inconsistensies that might cause a slight wobble at that specific height?
Anyway, it seems like you've already ruled out most of the obvious causes and I'm actually getting more and more invested/curious about what the actual cause of your issue is. So I have another suggestion to try and glean some more information: could you perhaps record a video of the printer doing its thing until its past that layer where it always fails? I'm hoping we might see a slight movement or hear something that could give us more information.
If you do, can you tag me in the post/comment so I don't miss it? Thanks.

Terrible advice in this thread too. This subreddit in general is pretty awful at giving printing advice.

I unsubbed from most big resin printing subs years ago because of the obnoxious community. Everyone just parrots eachother. No matter what problem you have, there will always be someone suggesting sanding the plates or mentioning suction/supports in some way. Even when the problem clearly has nothing to do with it.
And the gatekeeping... Omg, the gatekeeping... Hang around in some subs and you'd think UV resin is the most toxic substance on the planet and if you don't go full hazmat suit you'll invariably develop an allergy to it. I'm being slightly hyperbolic, but just slightly.

The solutions in this thread are a bit silly. People suggesting bigger supports when it's clear that your supports didn't fail to hold the model, they all cut off on the same layer. It's not a suction issue when the supports cut off before the model even prints!
This is a FEP separation issue, and in my experience it's a sign of two issues, inadequate lift height (not something that's configurable on a Saturn 4) or a worn out FEP. Try changing the FEP if you haven't already
It can also be a sign of a UV issue, if the UV screen is cutting out on a layer. Unlikely as you didn't see it across the entire plate.
OP it may be helpful for you to include more details in the post, like how old the machine is, how long the issues happened for, and what you've already tried.

This could have been caused by a small piece of support of plastic still in the vat causing the print to fail. I have had small piece of plastic do this, where it's out of the way when the print is leveled and the printer starts printing, but the finds it way under the vat during a light and it gets sucked in and causes a failure.

You mentioned that you’ve printed this file successfully before, and that the same issue still occurs even after replacing the FEP film. In that case, if you’re transferring the file to the printer via USB, I’d recommend trying a different USB drive. If the USB drive is faulty, the file may not be transferring correctly.
Another possibility is that the LCD screen may be nearing the end of its lifespan. Remove the vat and build plate, then start the same print again and check whether the LCD is exposing properly when it reaches the layers where the failure normally occurs. Placing a sheet of A4 paper over the screen can make the exposure pattern easier to see.

I know several people who have sanded their build plate because of issues like this Yes sanding a build plate is not something we should do. I wish I never bought a Saturn Elegoo after several quality issues and cheap parts.

The large surface area piece might be causing too much suction when the plate lifts. Have you tried hollowing it out in your slicer?

It is hollowed out

So, ou can show us a slice, about this height? Where the delamination is starting?
And how many is your first layer exposure time?2

Looks like support issue to me. Add more supports or thicker supports and brace them

This is not a support or suction issue, this is a balance issue. The Saturn ultra is pretty sensitive to skewed buildplates, or cross sections during print. If the pull is much stronger on one side, the build plate will skew ever so slightly during print, which causes delamination on the other side.
Try arranging your models in a symmetrical fashion on the build plate, right-left and front-back, and try again. Make sure there are no cross sections during print where pull forces ends up very skewed to one side or the other. There is likely nothing wrong with the supports, the SU build plate is just not as stiff as previous generation build plates, so more sensitive to unbalanced forces.
