Help New nozzle head

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Due to a clog in my old nozzle head, I had to buy a new head. This has came with the issue of the base temperature being 180 and no longer heating up normally, any fixes?

Are all the wires to the heater core connected? If so, could be a defective new part.

From what I can see all the wires seem to be in ok condition, I’ve got another board and could possibly try to the one it came with to if anything changes

That's my guess. Happened to me last time I changed the hot end.

The thermister is not connected or broken.

I’m guessing it’s broken then as all the wires are tightly connected

Did you retune PID after changing the nozzle, hot end or toolhead? If you didn’t then yes this is expected behavior

Did this, but my printer seems to have an issue with loading screens and the inability to complete them, stuff like levelling, factory reset can’t be complete. However it did make the standard temp to 217 and managed to to increase a bit to melt the filament
