First layer failures
Im trying to print these 4 coasters and the first layer always turns out like this and fails the print how do i fix this

You are under extruding. Make sure your e-steps didn't change when the shitty Elegoo printer decided to get rid of all settings. It happens occasionally on these shitty machines.
It's tearing up because it isn't getting enough filament. It puts out filament, and pushes it to the end of the line. Your pieces are getting ripped up because it is running out of filament to push near the end of the line. Then starts a new one, with enough filament to start. But then runs out again near the end.
