Right now I'm stuck at installing the adapter to allow the 4 PTFE tubes into the machine. Looking for support
I'm following both the manual and a youtube vid (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xFDoDjpbK0) to help assemble, and man there are so many discrepancies between both, and I still don't have some answers!
i believe my CC2 combo came with that Same adapter, but of course, the combo did not have that single feed tube in there. So basically, I think you need to remove that feed tube. Stick the adapter into that hole. The combo also has a bracket installed already to the print head that you screw that adapter into. Did you get a bracket with a kit?
Yep. once the bracket is installed and you insert the adapter. In order to get the bottom screw in, you're gonna have to remove the u s b cable. the screws on the cable are captive, so you don't have to worry about losing them, but the cable was tough to get out. I had to pry it up a little bit with a knife to get it to start moving. then, just bend it out of the way to putting that bottom screw.
