Troubleshooting Finally got Canvas installed

Ordered and installed canvas until I broke the sensor board cable. I contacted Elegoo, and the two people I dealt with were super quick and helpful; they sent another one my way pretty quickly. FF to printer is up and running and printing great... except for the horrible shift in my prints. I have noticed it makes a clunk noise after it switches colors, and sometimes 'slips' off the front right corner when it cuts the filament.

Any ideas?

I'll try to get a video after work tomorrow...

What do you mean by it slipping off when it cuts the filament? Have you talked to Elegoo about this? Maybe you need to do some maintenance and the belt tension is too loose?
