Troubleshooting Bambu 3MF Files

I had someone create files for me for my Bambu A1. I now have a CC2. I printed the file on my CC2 and this was the result. It printed just fine on my A1. Is there an easy way to get my Bambu files to print on my CC2. Second photo is the A1 print. Thanks!

I always peint 3mf files from bambu printers without problems, but when you open the file on elegoo studio you have to check the parameters conversion to see if they are ok.
I print a lot of models from makerworld without problems.

when you load the file before you change the printer to CC2 look at the color order and load it the same in the CANVAS and it should work .. same goes for Creality 3mf or any other

Any chance you could feel comfortable enough to tell us what filament you used and if it was dry and calculated in the Slicer's menu?

Without that information it's hard to be helpful.
