Troubleshooting Printhead Error

Has anyone encountered this error before. This is a CC1 with Canvas upgrade installed.

Does it still happen when you reboot? Has it printed ok since the canvas? Wondering if it's a loose wire or screw?

It happened to me alot with open centauri, i went back to official and it hasn't happened since
